Scans

My AI scan failed. Failed scans don't use up your weekly scan. Retake the three photos in even light, facing a window, without glasses, hats or filters, with your whole face in the frame.

How many AI scans do I get? ManMax Pro includes one AI scan every 7 days. Your next scan unlocks 7 days after your last successful one; the Scan tab shows when. Changes to skin and grooming take about a week to show, so weekly scans give you a fair comparison.

Are my photos stored? Scan photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your results stay in your scan history. The free face-shape analysis runs on your phone and doesn't upload anything.

Subscriptions and billing

How do I cancel?

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ManMax → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ManMax → Cancel.

Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or Google Play refunds for Android.

I paid but don't have Pro. Open the paywall and tap Restore, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Still missing? Contact us with the purchase date.

New phone. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account in Profile, then tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account and data

In the app: Profile → Photos & data → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, scans, photos, plan, coach chats and support messages. You can also delete only your photos on the same screen.

Can't open the app? Email contact@nestedpie.com from the email on your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject "Delete my ManMax account", and we'll delete it within 30 days. Remember to cancel any subscription in your store settings.

Notifications

Change reminder times or turn them off in Profile → Reminders. To stop all notifications, use your phone's notification settings for ManMax.
